When should we have the wedding meeting?
Whenever your wedding is 90%+ planned. The wedding meeting is important so that I know where to be and when, what I need to do, what you're expecting and the general run sheet of the day. Typically, this is a month or so before your date.
How long should we allow for bridal party photos?
Ideally I would like an hour to two hours with your bridal party (not including travel time or family photos). This allows for a wide variety of shots.
How long should we allow for family photos?
Approximately 20 minutes to half an hour should be fine. After the ceremony is the best time to do this, as everyone is there and ready to go. For bigger families, more time may be required!
How long will it take for me to receive the images?
Please allow approximately four to six weeks.
It's raining/hailing- what do we do?
We will get beautiful photos regardless? Whilst it is always good to have an undercover location planned, we can also do some gorgeous shots in the rain, including using umbrellas.
Can we give you a shot list for the day?
It may seem like a good idea but shot lists can really hinder the creativity and flow of the day. Let me know if there are any particular shots you want me to take, of course - but generally speaking I photographic in a photojournalistic fashion, to capture your day. However, family lists are a great idea for family photos, especially if there are particular combinations of family member you don't want to forget.
Should we provide a meal at reception for you?
As I am on my feet all day, it is a requirement (and hugely appreciated!) that I get some sort of food if I am there when everyone else is eating. People don't like to be photographed while they're eating anyway ;)
Any dietary requirements?
I am vegetarian.
What are edited/retouched images?
All of your images will be retouched, which involves colour grading, contrast, brightening, sharpening and other editing processes. The photos that you want in your wedding album (or on your wall!) and edited a little more to removed blemishes, background distractions (if possible), among other things.
If you request extensive editing such as replacing full backgrounds, removing large, complicated objects or anything else that requires far more work than usual, an additional fee may be required.
Can I edit the images myself?
In short, no, as these images represent me as a brand. Just let me know if you have any additional editing requirements.

You will received the final images on a branded USB.
